Terms of Service

Verse Trade Navigator is an independent, community-driven Star Citizen trading utility. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloud Imperium Games or TikTok.

Using the service

You may use Verse Trade Navigator for lawful personal and community purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload APIs, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate the rights or terms of a third party.

Market information

Commodity prices, stock, demand, route profits and other Star Citizen information are estimates assembled from automated and community-supplied observations. In-game markets can change at any time. Verse Trade Navigator does not guarantee that a displayed route, price, stock level or expected profit will remain available when you reach a terminal.

Community submissions

By submitting terminal observations or related data, you confirm that you are entitled to provide the material and permit Verse Trade Navigator to process and use the submitted market information to operate and improve the community database. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential information or unrelated personal data.

TikTok integration

Where TikTok features are available, you must explicitly authorize the requested TikTok permissions. TikTok actions are performed using the permissions you grant. Draft uploads require you to continue the editing and publishing flow in TikTok. Availability and behavior of TikTok features may change if TikTok changes its APIs, permissions, review status, limits or policies.

You remain responsible for any video, caption, hashtag or other content you choose to transfer or publish, including compliance with copyright, platform rules and applicable law. Verse Trade Navigator does not claim ownership of your uploaded video content.

Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party hosting, databases, data providers and platform APIs. Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy. Verse Trade Navigator is not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions taken by third-party services.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, suspended or removed to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, fix defects or improve the service.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Verse Trade Navigator is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Verse Trade Navigator is not responsible for in-game losses, missed trading opportunities, third-party account actions, platform outages or indirect losses resulting from reliance on estimated market information or third-party integrations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
